Design and Supervision Consultancy Services Proposal

As per our recent discussions, we are pleased to submit a formal Design Consultancy Services Proposal for your review and acceptance.

Following is the proposed project overview as per initial understanding and it will be modified based on; receipt of actual approval of the proposed residential building from the competent authority, future discussions and requirements, in particular to architecture, design and total build up area(s). 

Deliverables

Detailed Working Drawings of Buildings

Detailed working drawings and working details as per market standards for proper execution of works shall be produced for different heads of work, alteration after the finalization of design by the client will be charge accordingly.

Design Drawings:

  • Architectural Layout Plans

  • Working plans

  • Door, window and openings schedule

  • Sections

  • Working Elevations

  • Front 3D elevation

  • Boundary wall design

Working Drawings:

  • a-    Structure Drawings

  • b-    Electrical

  • c-    Public Health Engineering

    ·       All fixture points

Architectural Finishes drawings

  • Main gate design

  • Main door design.

  • Detail 2D bath design drawings with respect to tiles,

  • Facade treatment and Materials.

  • Railing designs

  • Media wall (if required)

  • Elevator details

  • HVAC- Ducting (coordination drawings)

Interior Architecture & Interior Design

  • Furniture layout plans (G.F, F.F, S.F. Terrace)

  • Mood boards, References

  • HVAC duct design (in coordination with consultant)

  • Realistic 3D visuals

  • RCP- False ceiling design (Plans and sections)

  • Wall/s and ceiling/s electrical

  • Ambient lighting drawings (walls, floors and ceiling)

  • FF&E (Furniture, Fixture & Equipment)- bespoke design as per theme/s

  • Flooring pattern design

  • Toilet details- (walls, elevations and sections)

  • Wall art or customized wallpaper design (if any)

  • Wooden work details (door, windows) (if required)

  • Wall details (including material marking and electrical points)

  • Gym consultancy (included)

Interior Décor

  • Electrical selection (lights, fans and switch board designs as per theme)

  • Marble and tiles selection

  • All bathroom accessory selections

  • Wallpaper and other wall treatment /cladding material selection

  • Beddings, curtains and other soft interior item selections

  • Paintings, wall murals, wall art and planter selections


Supervision

The Architect will visit the site during key construction stages, including foundation, slab steel checking, elevation, and other critical phases to ensure quality and compliance.

The Architect / Interior designer will visit site to check wooden work, POP details, flooring, and other major and minor finishes to maintain design integrity and craftsmanship.

Licensing and other info

Surveys / Investigations (Geodic etc.) / Testing etc. (charges as per consultant)

  2. Revised Drawings/Completions NOCs / Approvals from society, etc.

    (Official amount to be paid directly by the client)

  3. Client or his concerned person will be responsible to collect the drawings prints from office. Email facility will be provided by the consultant.

  4. For soft landscape (external consultant is required)

Assistance to Client in selection of Suppliers / Manufacturers

Consultant shall also provide assistance to the Client in selection of suppliers / manufacturers if required.

Advance payment is non-refundable after initial sketch

  • The agreed amount will increase proportionally in line with any increases in covered area

  • You can’t sale our design and not even copy our design on any project

  • Consultant and client will communicate with each other third party will not interfere

  • All Coordination will be on Email and WhatsApp group

  • Kitchen detail drawings will be provided by the kitchen consultant only 

  • We also have vendors in China, Turkey and in Italy for Italian Bespoke furniture

  • The designer will hire a professional architectural and interior photographer for the purpose of social media and publications on completion of the project
