As a growing architectural and design-forward lighting company, CL Infratech, in collaboration with MADS, envisioned a space that would transcend the traditional office—a spatial experience that merges innovation, functionality, and brand identity. The goal was to create an immersive environment that inspires visitors, supports productivity, and acts as a live showroom for lighting technologies and design excellence.
Objective
To design a narrow yet expansive-feeling high-tech studio that overcomes spatial constraints with smart planning, glass elements, and curated textures. The space is envisioned as a design+display benchmark, reflecting the core values of creativity, innovation, and experiential design.
Scope
Develop a functional, visually dynamic space that optimizes the 12’ wide site through strategic planning and transparency. Use the office as a lighting concept gallery, showcasing architectural integration of lighting in flooring, walls, and ceiling. Blend luxury, minimalism, and sensory experience using textures, biophilia, and refined detailing. Infuse brand storytelling through signature elements and experiential touchpoints
Key Details
Location: Moradabad, India
Total Built-Up Area: 780 sq.ft
Layout:
Entrance Lounge with Concept Display : A welcoming zone that immediately immerses visitors into the world of lighting design. Concept boards, backlit textures, and curated visuals guide the experience.
Open Studio & Display Zone : A multifunctional space for work and client interaction, surrounded by glass partitions that visually expand the 12-foot width while separating functions with clarity and elegance.

Design Philosophy:
This project reaffirms MADS' belief that great design is both expressive and intelligent. The studio doesn’t just function—it performs. Every corner is designed with intentionality, blending minimalist geometry with material richness, and local craftsmanship with global inspirations.
